Shift: Shift 1

 

Froedtert & MCW Community Physicians is currently recruiting a full time Occupational Health Physician for the  HFM HARBOR TOWN CAMPUS in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. The Occupational Health program has contracts with over 400 employers to provide services for pre-employment, DOT, work injuries, and drug testing. We are looking for a doctor comfortable with managing work related injuries, fitness-for-duty decisions, as well as ortho and rehab experience to join our busy practice.

The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes four community hospitals and one academic medical center, more than 1,600 physicians and nearly 40 health centers and clinics, draws patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation. Froedtert & MCW is the only academic teaching facility offering the H1B visa sponsorship.

Qualifications:

· Must obtain Wisconsin Medical Licensure

· DOT Medical Examiner Certification is required (can be obtained within 3 months of employment)

· Ambulatory care or Urgent care experience strongly preferred

· Board Certified or Board Eligible (If Board Eligible must obtain certification within 2 years of joining practice)

· Will consider H1B visa sponsorship
