The Workforce Health Program Manager is responsible for promoting and improving worker well-being for Riverside and the communities we serve. The Manager will focus on creating and supporting occupational health initiatives and supporting site-based clinics. Some of these initiatives include program development and growth, program assessments, and supporting long-range strategies.
This position will be responsible for the business operations of the Workforce Health and Immediate Care team and embody a continuous improvement mentality for the team and organization. Manager will ensure and maintain operational efforts are within the guidelines, policies, and procedures of the modern immediate care model. Manager will possess background in the healthcare setting, urgent care, occupational health, and leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in health or business administration or related field required.
Three to five years of medical practice or office management experience including at least two years in a health care organization required.
OSHA, EEO, ADA, and HIPAA knowledge is required, ICD 10 and CPT coding knowledge preferred.
Basic Microsoft office skills required.
License or Certification Requirements:
Breath Alcohol, Drug Screen, Spirometry (NIOSH) and Hearing concervation (CAOHC) certifications required within 6 months of hire
