With two strategic locations, downtown and South Beach, our patients enjoy one-stop medical care with immediate access to diagnostic imaging, physical and hand therapy, lab, and comprehensive panel of specialists. We are delighted to offer a blended treatment model which includes both telehealth and in-person options. Our client portfolio includes a broad range of clients like, the Giants, City and County of San Francisco, MUNI, SFPD, SFFD, Sheriffs, construction companies, senior care, arts and entertainment, maritime, integrated resource recovery, U.S. Coast Guard, restaurants, healthcare, and high tech.

We are seeking to add another physician to our reputable team of excellent providers. Responsibilities include: work-related injury/illness examination and care management; administration of first aid, minor medical procedures, handling work-related COVID-19 questions based on the most up-to-date CDC and CA DPH guidelines, and clinical triaging; range of physical examinations including DOT and respiratory physicals; and consultations for Physician Assistants and Medical Assistants.

Required Qualifications: Board Certification in Occupational Medicine (preferred), or Board Certification in another field with experience in occupational health/office orthopedics. CA state license. DEA license. Current Malpractice insurance. CURES registration. Certification with the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners in accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration [FMCSA] guidelines. Hospital credentialing and staff privileges.

Frequently Asked Questions: This is an independent contract position (not an employee position). Desired three to four days per week.

Pay: $125.00 – $145.00 per hour
