Position Summary:

The Employee Health Manager provides professional, quality care to employees and volunteers of Yuma Regional Medical Center in accordance with Employee Health and Wellbeing services and Yuma Regional Medical Center’s policies and procedures. In conjunction with the Director of Total Rewards, the Manager provides the direction and development of the Employee Health and Wellbeing in accordance with the mission of YRMC.


Education Required:

Arizona or compact state RN License
BCLS certification

Experience Required:
Five or more years nursing experience

One or more years supervisory experience.  Experience with EPIC Electronic Health Record or similar electronic record systems.

Experience Preferred:

Previous experience in an occupational health setting.

Work Schedule: 8-hours, Days, Monday through Friday
