- There are many models that provide on-site programs for employers who use
- HRAs to determine metrics, “DTE”, Di-rect To Employer. Many employers do the HR annually as baselines. Repeats should not be done before six to nine months.
- Working with primary care doctors is important. Giving the information to the employee to share with their providers is important.
- Marketing the concept to employers focuses on the successes of the program, improving health, improving cost, and improving the experience of care.
